The activation gates. In Hawaiʻi, unlicensed minor work must stay under $1,500 in aggregate labor and materials, must not require a building permit, and may never be divided to avoid licensing (HRS §444-2, Hawaiʻi Contractors License Board). Before anyone is dispatched, the whole job is checked — classification, permits, who is credentialed and insured to do it. That is the promise behind the name.
